Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-8 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Shipping times may vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase.
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order. Please note, we are only able to cancel orders within the first 2 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Giotto reserves the right to cancel any orders that contain an image or text that is offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are canceled will be refunded within 5-7 days.

Here at Giotto, we take health and quality very seriously. All of our plastic water bottles are BPA free or Tritan.
We offer 32oz, 64oz and 128oz water bottle.
All our bottles are hand washed only. Please do not use the bottles in the dishwasher. Because the heat from most dishwashers can damage the beautiful powder-coated finish on the exterior.
Yes. All products carry a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. If there is any problem, just contact with us, we will handle with it immediately.
Giotto product can be returned to receive a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After more than 30 days, we will not grant a refund.
